pinch of baking powder Filling: 150 grams cream cheese 3 cloves garlic salt and thyme 50 g grated Parmesan cheese12 dried tomatoes Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place baking paper in the tray with dimensions cm 23h32spinach Boil 2 minutes in boiling water , dip it in a bowl with ice cold water. Beat egg yolks in a bowl, cream cheese, salt, baking powder and flour. Drain water from spinach, chop it and add retail to the egg mixture, stir. Beat in egg whites, add them carefully to the remaining mixture. Pour batter into pan, leveled it and bake 10-12 minutes. Mix cream cheese with finely cut or blend garlic, season with salt and thyme to taste. Put your desktop piece of baking paper. sprinkle over it thoroughly grated Parmesan. tetso Take hot on the big board. Slide it on the grated Parmesan. Peel off the baking paper, spread the filling evenly, leaving the ends free. Distribute pieces dried tomatoes. With all of the paper roll wrap and refrigerate.

Roasted Lemon Garlic Herb Shrimp

1/3 cup olive oil
1 lemon, zested then half cut into thin slices and other half into wedges
3-4 fresh thyme sprigs, leaves removed
sea or kosher salt and fresh black pepper
spaghetti/pasta, couscous or rice for serving
1 pound fresh shrimp, medium-sized, deveined with tails off
5 cloves garlic, minced

Zucchini Boats





Just cut a zucchini in half lengthwise and trim a little off the bottom so it sit still in a baking dishScoop out the center where the seeds are with a spoonBrush the surface with a mixture of crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper


Arrange halved grape tomatoes into the grooves, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutesRemove and place diced fontina or mozzarella in between the tomatoes, place them back in, but now under the broiler til golden and bubblingRemove and drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkling of grated parmesan. You will love this as a side dish!

2 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (quartered if large)
5 cloves garlic, minced fine or pressed through a garlic press
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Move oven rack to the upper third and preheat to 425 degrees.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, toss together Brussels sprouts, garlic, water, oil, salt and pepper and spread out in a single layer.

Bake for 40 minutes, tossing once about 25 minutes into cooking time. Remove from oven and toss Brussels sprouts in the pan scraping up brown bits into the sprouts.

Crack an egg in the middle of each ring and cover and cook over low heat until done.
If you like your yolks runny, just cook over low heat until whites are done. If you like your yolks firm, break the yolks and then cook over low heat until both whites and yolks are firm.
